1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Kineto Fit ("the App", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

Kineto Fit is a fitness platform providing AI-generated workouts, calorie calculators, exercise tracking, and an AI coaching assistant ("Jaedyn"). You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful personal fitness purposes.
Not share your account credentials with others.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt any part of the platform.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition.

3. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

The workouts, calorie targets, and advice provided by Kineto Fit — including AI-generated recommendations from Jaedyn — are for informational and motivational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

⚠️ Important — Medical Conditions: Kineto Fit does not account for your individual medical history, pre-existing conditions, injuries, disabilities, or medications. The app has no knowledge of conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, joint problems, respiratory issues, pregnancy, or any other health condition that may affect your ability to exercise safely.

Before starting any exercise program — especially Intense or Advanced difficulty workouts — please consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional if you:

Have or suspect you have any medical condition.
Are pregnant or postpartum.
Have not exercised regularly in the past 6 months.
Experience chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or joint pain during exercise.
Are currently taking any prescription medication.

Kineto Fit is not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome resulting from use of the App. Always listen to your body and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

4. Camera & AI Pose Detection

No footage is ever recorded, stored, or transmitted. When you use the camera features, your device's camera feed is processed entirely on-device in real time using TensorFlow.js MoveNet pose detection.

5. AI Coach (Jaedyn)

Jaedyn AI responses are generated by large language models (Anthropic Claude and/or Groq). Responses are not a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice. Conversations may be used to improve the service but are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Accounts & Data

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Your workout data, XP progress, and profile information are stored locally on your device and/or on our servers when the backend is active. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Security → Delete Account, which permanently removes all your data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within Kineto Fit is the property of Kineto Fit and its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kineto Fit and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injury, data loss, or service interruption.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page.
